Hey there!

I'm on a mission to help creative small business owners achieve their dreams of being financially independent and having time doing what they really love to do... create!

This site was created for you. I'm often asked what are the best tools or resources available to suite your specific small business needs. I figured the best way I could relay this information was to build a site around it that you can always refer to and have the most up-to-date information.

A little about me

I'm happily married with two young sons who I adore more than anything in this world. I'm also a working professional with too many hobbies to dedicate all of my extra time too (and that's after the boys go down for the night). I spend the little free time that I do have drawing, painting, working on my latest crochet project, surfing Pinterest (I'm only slightly obsessed), watching the latest series on Netflix,... you know, the usual.

I'm an artist and have learned along the way through advice from others, my own research including a few art classes at the local art school, and the never-ending trial-and-error route.  I was a member of the Orlando Art Collective for 5 years where artists come together to learn and support each other.  I am an engineer and have focused my career in business strategy, currently working for a large energy firm.

I've always had a desire for entrepreneurship and focused in this area when I studied for my masters. You don't have to have an advanced degree to be a small business owner. We all know of someone somewhere that is plenty successful and may have zero formal education in business. Let's face it. There are too many sources of good information on the web, either free or for a comparatively small fee, that nothing should hold you back on achieving your dreams. I'll show you how you can use the tools and resources available to you from the web to create and grow your creative small business.

What's in it for you?

I understand how frustrating it can be when trying to understand what exactly you should do to start or grow your small business. There is so much information available from some seemingly responsible people that it can be so overwhelming that you want to quit before you even start.

This site is for you if you have ever asked yourself:

  • How do I know where to start?

  • How do I grow my creative business?

  • How have so many others become successful?

  • How do use a website and social media to replace my full-time day job?

Nothing should stop you from pursuing your dreams.
